(P<0.05)；同样MMP9的表达与宫颈浸润深度有关(P<0.05)，而与宫颈鳞癌不同临床分期、肿瘤大小、病理分级间无显著差异(P>0.05)，但MMP9在宫颈浸润癌病理分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级组中的表达率分别为50.0%、78.8%、92.9%，即随着病理分级的增加其表达率呈上升趋势。

　　本实验结果提示MMP9与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关，有可能用来预测宫颈癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移状况，如能与临床相结合可帮助选择较合理的手术方式等治疗。字串1
